What data are we collecting with the BYOD MDM program?

iPhone & iPad

MDM enrollment allows us to see:

• Device name
• Device model
• OS version
• Storage capacity
• Battery level
• Time zone
• Passcode compliance
• Encryption status
• Whether Find My is enabled (cannot see device location or access Find My)
• Whether Apple Diagnostic submissions/App analytics are enabled
• A list of only the apps that have been installed by MDM

Android

MDM enrollment allows us to see:

• Device brand & model
• OS version
• Passcode compliance
• Encryption status
• A list of apps installed in the work profile only
• Whether USB debugging is enabled
• Whether Developer options are enabled
• Whether Verify apps is enabled
• Verify boot status
• Whether potentially harmful apps are installed in the work profile
