Who Do I Talk to for Assistance with Webinars?

For virtual event support, submit your request directly in #intake-events Slack channel by following these steps:

1. Make a post in #intake-events with your event name.
2. Select the "Event Intake" form from the dropdown.
3. Fill out the Slack form that pops up with your event details.
4. Collaborate with the AV team in the thread.

For onsite event support (hybrid or in-office events), submit your request in the appropriate Workplace channel based on the event location:

• #ask-workplace-atl
• #ask-workplace-cdmx3
• #ask-workplace-emea
• #ask-workplace-tw

🚨 Submit requests at least 2 weeks before your event to ensure proper support.
