How to sign in with SSO

Zoom Desktop Application

1. Click Sign In with SSO.

Note: choosing an option besides SSO will results in an error and not log you in.

2. Enter your company domain - samsara

3. Click Continue.
You will be redirected to your Okta to sign in. After signing in, you will be redirected back to the Zoom Desktop app.

Zoom Mobile App

1. Tap SSO.
2. Enter your company domain - samsara
3. Tap Continue.
   You will be redirected to your single Okta to sign in. After signing in, you will be redirected back to the Zoom Mobile App.

Zoom Chrome Extension

1.      In the top right corner of your browser, click the puzzle piece.                     
2. Navigate and click on Zoom Chrome Extension.   
3. Click Sign into Zoom.                                                 
4. Click Sign In with SSO.                                                           
5. Enter your company domain - samsara
6. Click Continue. You will be redirected to your Okta to sign in.

Signing back into Zoom for Salesforce (For Sales Team Members)

1. Navigate to the Sales Console within Salesforce.
2. Click the phone icon in the lower left corner.
3. Click `Sign In` on the Zoom phone window
4. Click Sign In with SSO.                                                           
5. Enter your company domain - samsara
6. Click Continue. You will be redirected to your Okta to sign in.

From Your Okta Portal

1. Go to samsara.okta.com and log in as you regularly would
2. Either type "Zoom" in the top bar, or scroll until you see the "Zoom" tile
3. Click on the app, and it should redirect you to the Zoom App on your device.
